Services

HmeWorx provides consultation, design, project management, and warranty services for residential solar, roofing, and battery backup installations. Installation is performed by vetted, certified local installation partners in our network. Specific terms for any installation will be set forth in a separate written agreement.

Free Consultations & Estimates

Our consultations and estimates are provided free of charge and without obligation. Estimates are based on information available at the time and may be subject to change after a detailed assessment. No work will be performed without a signed agreement.

Solar Scorecard & Estimates

The Solar Scorecard tool provides estimates based on satellite imagery and publicly available data. These estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not guarantees of actual solar performance, savings, or system specifications. Actual savings depend on numerous factors including weather, energy usage, utility rates, and equipment performance.

Network of Installation Partners

HmeWorx provides services through a network of independent, certified, licensed local installation partners. These partners are independent contractors who carry their own licenses, insurance, and warranties. HmeWorx's role is consultation, design coordination, and customer support throughout the project. Specific warranties and obligations of installation are set forth in your project agreement.

Warranties

Equipment warranties are provided directly by manufacturers (such as Tesla, Enphase, GAF, and others). Workmanship warranties are provided by your certified local installation partner. HmeWorx coordinates warranty claims and provides ongoing customer support. Specific warranty terms are detailed in your project agreement and the manufacturer's documentation.

Financing

HmeWorx works with third-party financing partners including Lightreach, GoodLeap, Mosaic, Sunlight Financial, and Dividend Finance. All financing applications, approvals, and terms are between you and the financing provider. HmeWorx is not a lender. Financing terms, rates, and availability are subject to qualification and may vary.

Intellectual Property

All content on the HmeWorx website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of HmeWorx or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HmeWorx's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Disclaimers

Our website and informational content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Solar savings, energy production, and financial projections are estimates based on typical conditions and are not guaranteed.
