Every installer in the HmeWorx network has passed our rigorous partner screening process, which includes:
- License & insurance verification — every partner holds current state licensing and full liability coverage before they ever step foot on a customer's property
- In-person or video interview — we personally evaluate every partner before they join our network
- Trial installations — new partners complete supervised installations before working independently under the HmeWorx name
- Ongoing performance reviews — we continuously monitor partner performance to ensure every job meets our standards
Your installation is backed by manufacturer warranties on all equipment and a labor warranty provided directly by your certified local installer — the same licensed professional who pulled the permit and stands behind the work.
